About custom-made heels:

Our factory is located in Italy, the Marche. Because we have our own factory, we can make models "made-to-order"; this means that we can make singular models on order. For example, a customer loves our High Vesta boots with 12cm heels, but doesn't like the colour black, we could easily ask our factory to create a model in red nappa, or even different materials. This creates the unique scenario wher customers can create their own perfect pair, without having to start their own shoe factory. We can customise the following options:

• Material: nappa leather, calfskin, patent leather, suede, python leather in all colours.
• Colour of the inside and outside; see the colors here on the Sanctum website
• Sole colour: standard beige leather or black, but also in shiny pink, apple green, dark blue, light blue and purple. Please note: red soles are not possible due to possible legal problems with Louboutin. 
• Custom measurements: we are able to make custom measurements of the calf and thigh.
• Other customisations: please contact us for extra belts, heel tips, special colours, etc. 

Please take into account that shoes that are made-to-order can not be returned for exchange or refund. Only in case of imminent production faults, custom-made-to-order footwear can be exchanged.  The delivery time for custom footwear is at least 6 weeks up to 18 weeks, depending on the model, materials, sizes and factory. 

The design

Designing the boots is where the real magic happens. We design both boots and heels with attention to detail, focusing on walkability, comfort, and aesthetics. When customising existing models, the challenge is smaller, but the importance remains the same. We communicate closely with our customers to give them maximum control over the final design. This ensures our quality standards are met, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. All models and custom orders are designed in the Netherlands by a joint team of high-heel experts based in the Netherlands and Italy.

This factory is located in The Marche (Italy) and makes all our Sanctum Shoes heels. Specialised in high-quality footwear, they make everything by hand, from high-quality materials. Our factory is family-run and has more than 20+ years of experience in this craft.
