What are options on made-to-order shoes? 

​Almost all shoes in our shop that are made in Italy can be customized. The customizations that you can choose: 

• material: nappa leather, calfskin, patent leather, suede, python leather in all colors.
• color of the inside and outside; see the colors here on the Sanctum website
• sole color: standard beige leather or black; but also in shiny pink, apple green, dark blue, light blue and purple. Please note: red soles are not possible due to possible legal problems with Louboutin. 
• other customization: please contact us for extra belts, heel tips, special colours, etc. 

Return policy and delivery

Please take into account that shoes that are made-to-order can not be returned for exchange or refund. Only in case of imminent production faults, custom made-to-order footwear can be exchanged.  

The delivery time for custom footwear is at least 6 weeks up to 18 weeks, depending on the model, materials, sizes and factory.
