We do our utmost to ship your order within 1 to 3 working days

We do not always succeed in this; sometimes products are not in stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The time for us to ship the wanted product is on the product page. If, for any reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping options

We ship with PostNL (Dutch Postal Service), DHL and UPS. We have the option to ship to pickup locations and service stations by PostNL, DHL and UPS. For most European countries you can choose a pickup location at the checkout.

Packaging

We ship in neutral plain carton boxes. On the shipping label it states "FASHIONHUB" as sender with our address in the Netherlands.

Shipping costs can vary from which delivery country has been chosen for your order. In the third step of the check out you can find all options and the exact shipping costs.

Pickup in the showroom in Utrecht

We have a showroom in Utrecht, The Netherlands. It is possible to pick up your order here. You do not pay any shipping costs. Only prepaid orders can be pickup by appointment only during working days. It is possible to fit your shoes in the showroom. There will always be only one customer per appointment 

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. For most countries, we have predetermined shipping methods and costs. For countries outside the European Union (EU) we will deduct 21% VAT automatically at checkout.
